We believe it is important to remain calm but vigilant and do what we can as a company and as a society to help limit and slow the spread of the virus, by being practical, kind, considerate and responsible. We are taking active steps and sensible precautions to keep everyone safe while also keeping our business running, so that we can continue the important role we play in the lives of our teams and communities. We have modified our business to provide social distancing and escalated hygiene processes while still making sure you experience the exceptional – you are going to have to do your bit to. Read on.

What can you do?
Do not visit us if you are unwell avoid physical contact with others – maintaining a 1.5m distance from others no handshakes no hugs cough/sneeze into your elbow or tissue and put the tissue in the rubbish bin wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds and dry them – you will be asked to wash your hands before you participate in any activity.
What else are we doing?
Hygiene stations are in all meeting points, this includes hand sanitiser, wipes, tissues and disposable gloves Our drivers will wear facemasks when in cars to maintain the social distance requirements. We will hold our briefings outdoors or inside when it is possible to maintain social distancing. All hire helmets will be sanitised and disinfected after each use, please bear with us while we do this for you, a small hold up is for your safety. All surfaces in use will be wiped regularly with hospital grade disinfectant, this includes door handles and steering wheels We offer contactless payment methods when you visit us, so no exchange of cards or cash is required Our staff will use the iPad to sign you in for your activity and sign on your behalf if you so wish
